All players need to electronically complete Player Profile form, (available per QR code below and on state website www.ISHSHA.com).
Please include $85 TRYOUT FEE due by April 25, 2025
Please use the payment link at the bottom of the Player Profile form to make your tryout fee payment.

Selected players and parents will receive email with all team details and financial information.
