2025 Fort Wayne Summit City Varsity Crossover

The Fort Wayne Amateur Hockey Association High School League would like to invite your
team to the 15th annual Summit City High School Hockey Classic. All teams and
participants are required to be registered with USA Hockey and compete within the
Indiana State High School Hockey Association.

• Registration Fee: $1,800 per varsity team – 4 game minimum.
• 50% ($900.00) must be paid with the registration form by September 1st, 2025, with
the balance due by October 1st, 2025.
• Refunds will only be paid out if a suitable team is found to replace your team or

FWAHA is credited by the ice arena.
• All games will be played at SportONE/Parkview Ice House
• All games will be officiated with 1 Referee and 2 Linesmen, certified by USA Hockey.
• Games may begin Friday around 4:00 pm and end Sunday evening around 6:30 pm.
Travel distance will be considered for scheduling games.
• Please plan on 2 hotel nights. TeamINN has reserved blocks at many popular hotels
and has a provided a booking link and QR code for convenience. Link and QR below.
• Overtime Bar & Grill: Menu for team meals can be provided if interested.
